In our farm we have free paddocks for beautiful forest and meadow. We take care of the welfare of our animals and avoid unnecessary stress. In these conditions the meat of our organic chickens is fragile and has a deep, rich taste.
We meet EU standards for organic farming. We are under constant control of the certification body which prohibits antibiotics, hormones or pesticides. Our organic chicken meat has more B vitamins, minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium and a healthier ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids than in industrial breeding. All these nutrients affect the maintenance of a healthy intestinal flora and reduce inflammation in the body.
